Bentson Assisted Living & Chapman Sholom Home East

USAquatics was hired by the Architect to design an aquatic therapy pool for the Bentson Assisted Living & Chapman Sholom Home East facility. The 838 s.f. pool was designed specifically for therapy and rehabilitation use.

A zero-depth ADA accessible entry ramp was included in the design for ease of patron ingress/egress from the pool. The therapy pool varies in depth from 3’-6” in the shallow end to 5’-0” at the deep end. This design allows for more “shallow water” to maximize use and to allow for easier patron assistance. The stainless steel gutter creates skimming around the entire pool perimeter and was designed with an integral deck drain.
