Competition Pools

When designing a competition pool, it is extremely important to talk with all potential users of the pool to make sure the design is just right.  For pools that will mainly be used for swimming meets, design considerations should focus on gutters, and other ways to dissipate the swimmers wake. 

   

Richfield Middle School

USAquatics was hired by DLR Group to design a renovation of the Richfield Middle School pool to bring it up to state health code.

This is an 8-lane competition pool with integral diving well, ceramic tile finish sand filtration, gas heat and enhanced solid chlorine disinfection system.
