Facility Assessment
We can put our considerable experience and knowledge to work on your facility to assess its current condition. We can assemble a complete report, with inventory, on the condition of your facility and identify it's strengths and weaknesses. |
Code Review
Our intimate knowledge of code issues will allow us to give you a detailed report of the status of your facility as it relates to local codes. |
Feasability Study
Usually done on the tail end of an Assessment and Code Review, a feasability study will give you an accurate idea of what potential your facility holds. We can indentify possible corrective solutions for weaknesses or faults, and we can let you know how you can improve your facility in a variety of ways including operational and maintenence efficiency |
Design
Our experienced design team can assemble a design that meets your needs. We have a unique approach to design that focuses on you, the owner, and your program. No cookie-cutter designs here, every design we do is a signature for the owner and their unique needs and personality. |
Construction Documents
We can provide complete, signed, construction documents including drawings and specifications. |
Contract Negotiation
We can assist in negotiating with a contractor for construction services for your project. It is not always as easy as choosing the lowest bidder, there may be several other factors to consider. |
Contract Administration
We don't leave you hanging after the design is complete. We can provide contract administration to check shops and submittals, approve pay requests, and perform a variety of other functions to look out for your interest during the construction process. |
Construction Administration
We have experienced personnel that can help keep an eye on the construction or renovation of your facility. You deserve to have someone on the job site who is looking out for your best interest. We can be there to ensure that what you get is what you paid for. We have personnel on staff that came from construction and know how your project should go together. |
Plan Review
We offer plan review services. Often an owner, or an architect, has the capabilities to put a design together and needs an expert eye on the design process to ensure that the pool portion of the design is buildable and functional. |
Performance Contracts
We will do an assessment on your facility, and based on our findings, we will propose changes that will have an associated payback scenario.
